I am a military wife who just moved to Germany back in January. My husband's first assignment was at Ft. Benning and he ended up deploying for 15 months while there. We had just had our first child and I was worried about leaving my child in childcare. Becky made us feel so welcome and my daughter looked forward to going to church weekly. Becky and all the workers constantly showed their love and devotion to my daughter and for that I am sincerely grateful. Not having family around, Cascade Hills was like a second family to us and I thank the Lord for the investment Becky made into our lives! Please know that my prayers are with Becky's family right now! Love, a sister in Christ.

Mrs. Becky was a joy to be around. It didn't matter if ten people had the same idea she would make you feel like you were the only one that said that to her. She was always gracious for any input. Every time she would say "You are sooo sweet." I looked up to her b/c of her sound advice. She wouldn't make you second guess she would say go for it.
I miss walking in on the weekends and seeing her standing behind the tiki hut waiting to service you.
You are truly missed.

I couldn't beleive the news when I heard it. Becky was truly a blessing to be around. She always treated her volunteers with the upmost respect. I hope she left us knowing that we appreciated her as much as she appreciated us (she did a great job of emphasizing her appreciation). Her positive nature and outgoing personality was contagious and she gave us young ladies who were coming up under her encouragement to be more like somebody of her nature. It is no doubt that our kids were in the presence of an Angel and now she will be watching over them forever. She will be missed!

I worked with Becky in preschool at Applewood (Colorado) more than 15 years ago. She was my mentor and friend. She had a kind and gentle spirit. She was generous and fun. It's unfair that our time with her was so short, but we will see her again. (Jn 14: 1-4) Life brings tears, smiles, and memories. In time, the tears dry, the smiles fade, but the memories live on. I have such great memories of her and her family. Weeping may remain for a night, but rejoicng comes in the morning. (Ps 30:5) Heaven is rejoicing to have her. I can see her holding those sweet babies in her arms. We love you, Becky.

The last memory i have of Mrs. Becky is her rocking my little baby girl to sleep during the last parent's night in february. Now she will be an angel in heaven, watching over all our children and I feel so blessed to have known her here on earth. I think Brother Bill said it best about Mrs. Becky - surely when she enters Heaven's gates, she WILL hear - "Well done, good and faithful servant." We will miss you SO much!

Mrs. Becky was a very special lady. It did not matter how much she had on her plate, she was always willing to take part of your load. She never complained when you told her you needed some help.
Her smile was beautiful and I think that was because it was the joy of Jesus shining on her face. She was such a happy person and a joy to be around. I will greatly miss that sweet smile and the joy that her very presence brought.
I know that Jesus was her first love and then her family and then the children of CHC that she said were such a joy that it was never a "job" to care for them.
My prayers are with Reid, Luke, his wife, and that sweet baby Eve that Becky loved so much, Grant, Aaron, and Denielle. I also pray for her entire famiy many who have traveled a great distance to be here to honor her memory. I want you to remember that Becky's message to you would include how much she loved each of you and how she will be applauding your every step from her new home in heaven. And rest in the knowledge that when you get to heaven she will be waiting for you.
I also pray for our staff here as we adjust to our deep loss but we too will know that she is reminding us that we have the greatest obligation to lead people to Christ so that they will someday join her in heaven. She will be one of our greatest supporters.
And then I pray for our children and parents who have lost a great friend. I know that each of your lives have felt her influence. She will be applauding you as you grow in the knowledge of our Savior, Jesus Christ, who she loved so much. She will be waiting for you when youe get to heaven!

I am so sorry to hear about Mrs. Becky. She truly cared for the children and the parents at Cascade Hills. I will truly miss her and my heart is broken to think of not seeing her smiling face. She is in Heaven, we can rest assure on that!

My husband and I attended cascade hills for only a short time (due to his army career). This was the first church we had ever tried. Miss Becky saw that we were nervous about dropping our daughter off with "strangers". But with just one smile she melted any concern we had. She showed us around and made us feel at home. To her family and her Cascade Hills family, you are all in our prayers. May the Lord bless you all.

Just about a month ago while I was working in the baby room Mrs. Becky was sharing stories about her kids with me and the other workers, we laughed and compared stories, I had no idea I was having my last conversation with her. Her smiling face will be missed years to come and our memories of her will never leave us. Thank you Mrs. Becky for all that you did for our children, we will see you in Heaven some day.
